Supporting sustainable development
We support the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and work according to the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). We are also prioritizing eco-friendly practices. We are highly conscious of our carbon footprint and are committed to reducing it through our annual CO2 audit that examines factors such as employee air travel.

We’re present in 25 countries with around 70 nationalities on staff. Wherever you encounter Milestone you will meet a culture of inclusion. Beyond our office walls we actively engage with local communities. Through partnerships, mentorship programs, and outreach initiatives, we aim to make positive impacts where they matter most.

Transparent by trade
We acknowledge public concerns about video technology and privacy. Accordingly, we ensure that we operate with full transparency to provide a clear window into our processes and business models. Data security and respect for privacy are ingrained in our way of working and reflected in our software. In addition, we have introduced the Milestone Whistleblower Portal where we encourage people to report anything they perceive to be in violation of compliance, anti-corruption, privacy, and social responsibility considerations.
