This service assurance solution enables remote troubleshooting for common camera issues directly from the video surveillance management system. It allows the operations team to remotely reset out of service cameras and apply resolutions quickly.This lets you focus on the crucial task of maintaining a physically secure environment, while we help you efficiently handle the technical aspects of your video surveillance infrastructure.

- View camera status up/down on a per port basis, Power over Ethernet (PoE) consumed and Maximum PoE power available
- Test camera status and reset if needed with one click. Set PoE priority on a per camera basis ensuring critical devices remain powered
- Quickly gather information on the network switch and status: model, version, IP address, location, PoE consumption and temperature
- Send events to alarm manager for proactive problem resolution with OmniSwitch
