C2P - Point of Sale Solutions - The C2P suite POS Loss Prevention tools integrate seamlessly into the XProtect Smart Client.
The ConvergenceTP (C2P) integration framework makes the Milestone’s XProtect® Smart Client the unified head-end solution for monitoring POS transactions in real-time, as well as hosting the video synchronized loss prevention search engine tools.As with all C2P integrations all POS data received is presented and stored time synchronized with all cameras connected to the Milestone system.
The C2P integration framework provides a full suite of POS loss prevention tools that range from the simple POS transaction monitoring tools that allow you to search the C2P database for specific POS transaction text and then bring back the stored video of that specific transaction, to a comprehensive suite of loss prevention auditing tools that are needed for any serious loss prevention program.
The POS integration dashboard provides a quick overview of how each POS terminal is doing relative to a common set of loss prevention metrics defined by the user.

- Zero in on vulnerabilities where potential theft can occur.
- All POS transactions are time synchronized with all VMS surveillance video. Easily brings up multiple camera views for each POS Event.
- Select events from the audit spreadsheet to view the transaction and its associated video.
- Set status of events (miss keyed, training, theft, etc.) and export video evidence.
- Powerful Hypermedia Search tool links all POS text received with all stored video, all from within the XProtect Client.
