The length of a bookmark clip is determined on the surveillance system server, but you can change this by dragging the timeline indicators. Tip: Do not worry if it takes a while to enter the details for your bookmark; the XProtect Smart Client remembers your bookmarks until you click Save (unless it takes several days to create the bookmark and the video no longer exists on the surveillance system).
