The AI-powered Scylla Perimeter Intrusion Detection system enhances existing intrusion detection solutions that rely on unmanaged motion detection. Scylla AI introduces intelligent identification features to otherwise “blind” and imprecise embedded camera alarm systems, significantly reducing false positive alarms by up to 99.95%.At the core of Scylla intruder detection system is a cutting-edge person and vehicle detection and a proprietary classification algorithm that verifies scenes for relevant subjects and filters out detections without objects of interest.
The Scylla Perimeter Intrusion Detection plugin integrates seamlessly with XProtect, processing alarms, analyzing them for accuracy, and displaying only filtered results.
Currently, the analysis is performed on a cloud-based server, ensuring scalability and reliability for real-time alarm filtering and improved intrusion detection.
