Why do I need Hilding?
The easy answer: to be able to do things that can’t be done with a standard VMS-system, and to make more money!
How?
Hilding is developed to meet the needs of users at a very fragmented VMS-market, that handles Security for many clients, with as many demands and needs as the number of clients.
By using Hilding “on top” of Milestone (and/or other VMS-platforms), you enable extra features for alarm handling, complex operation instruction, schemas, system monitoring, integration with a business system, reports, and so on.
Hilding Watchman client (operator client) gives the operator an easy to use, single user interface only showing the things needed to have the work done in a high qualitative and efficient way.

Key features

Scalability: Handle many VMS-systems of different brands and versions with a single user interface.
Extended alarm Handling, with functions like Alarm aggregation, Alarm grouping, Auto accept alarm(s), Parallel alarm management, and so on.
Operation instruction: Advanced operation instruction in wizard form, forcing the operator to do the right thing, depending on the customer contract.
Diagnostic & technician modules: With diagnostic modules, the technicians can keep track of malfunctioning components on-site.
Reports and statistics: Custom reports can be made for i.e System health reports, site statistics, end-user reports, and so on.
